Goals:
Increase attendance at all types of Association
Meetings.
- Short and manageable meetings.
- 10 meetings per year.
Enhance leadership ability to communicate
with members.
- Newsletter to include more information.
- Executive Board members will contact their assigned
district committee for updates.
Increase involvement of new members in the TEA.
- Provide contract education to all members.
- Provide welcome gifts such as corsages, dinner, etc.
Increase training for TEA leadership.
- Provide building rep training locally.
Enhance the image of TEA members within the
community.

Increased TEA representation at Torrington Board of
Education Meetings.

Fundraising activities for community causes.

Distribute pamphlets on educating children in
locations within the community.
