In order to enjoy the convention rate of $95+/single and double accomodations, $105+/triple accomodations, $115+/quadruple accomodations, please make your reservations no later than Friday, April 4, 2008.  Reservations made after this date are accomadated first-come, first-served, on an availability basis, and at prevailing rates.  When making your reservation, place mention the convention code, "CEA" to enjoy the convention rates.

Meeting Information:
The RA convenes at the Crowne Plaza on Friday at 7:30 p.m.
The RA re-convenes on Saturday at 9 a.m.

Delegate registration is from 3:30 - 8:00 p.m. on Friday
Delegate registration is from 8:30 - 9:30 a.m. on Saturday

Voting and voting registration will be held at the Crowne Plaza on Saturday from 12 noon to 1 p.m. (the Election recess may vary slightly to accommodate the needs of the RA)

If a run-off ballot becomes necessary, voting will be held from 2:30 - 3:30 p.m. Any subsequent run-offs will be announced from the chair.
