CEASP State Officers / University Chapters / CEASP Organizer

CEASP State Officers
CEASP has 3 statewide officers - a chairperson, vices chairperson, and secretary - who are responsible for:

  • promoting and representing the organization throughout the state
  • working to support individual university chapters
  • working with the State Student Organizer to coordinate activities and increase membership
  • purpose of CEASP is to help support and supplement a future teachers' preparation and entry into the teaching profession

The state officers are college students; the State Student Organizer is a member of the CEA staff.

State Chair: Kari Dalia, CCSU
State Vice Chair: Michelle Opalenik, SCSU
State Secretary: Glenn Rogers, ECSU

CEASP University Chapters
Each university chapter of CEASP is a recognized campus club, and such, must follow the policies of the Student Government Association of that university. Each chapter has a constitution, officers, and yearly budget. For inquiries about any of the CEASP chapters, contact Linette Branham at linetteb@cea.org.
