CEA AT FOREFRONT OF RALLIES FOR TEACHERS' RIGHTS

As oral arguments were heard in the nation's highest court, rallies were being held in Connecticut and across the country to protect our rights and freedom to join together. CEA's voice resonated in Hartford as President Sheila Cohen stood up against the attacks on our rights, our union, and the middle class. Read story.

TEACHERS JOIN CEA LEADERS IN PUSH FOR FAIR FUNDING

Teachers joined CEA leaders at a news conference to urge legislators to adequately fund education. They called for fair ECS funding, restoring TEAM funds to support new teachers, and a budget that ensures teachers can retire with dignity.
