CEA's Ethnic Minority Affairs Commission and Human and Civil Rights Commission invite you to a free dinner, screening, and discussion of the Academy Award-nominated documentary 13th, which explores issues of race, justice, and mass incarceration. The film takes its title from the 13th Amendment to the Constitution. The event is open to all CEA members.
