CT is One of the Worst States for Policies that Hold Charter Schools Accountable

Connecticut ranks near the bottom for policies on charter school accountability, according to a new report from a national organization that advocates for strong oversight of these publicly funded schools.

The report, by the National Association of Charter School Authorizers, rated Connecticut only three out of a possible 30 points. Only six states received a lower score than Connecticut.
