Guidelines Regarding Transportation for Physically Challenged Delegates

This year, all CEA delegates to the NEA RA must make their own hotel reservations. All rooms are singles and all come with king-sized beds. The rate per night is $99, plus applicable occupancy taxes, for a total per night rate of $113.36. 

When delegates make their hotel reservations, they must mention the convention code "GRCEA1" to receive the convention rate. To make hotel reservations, select the link below. Hotel reservations must be made no later than Friday, May 23, 2008. Hotel reservations made later than this date are subject to prevailing rates and availability.
