DCF Unsubstantiated Claims

Protect teachers who have had unsubstantiated DCF claims made against them.

Goal: Pass legislation that requires all unsubstantiated DCF reports against teachers to be removed from teachers' personnel records and any other records or files relating to them.

  • Prohibit the use of any unsubstantiated claim report against a teacher for any employment- related purpose
  • Remove the names of any teachers with unsubstantiated claims from the DCF list of offenders
